What's wrong with traditional training?

Organisations train for training's sake. When training is done from a sense of duty rather than as a commercial necessity, little business benefit will accrue from the program implemented.

Training programs are not implemented correctly. The programs chosen are not particularly suitable for a unique organisation or the unique requirements of its staff. One size does not fit all.

Training is not followed up or reinforced. Without coaching and reinforcement, new skills and practices will inevitably fail to be implemented in the workplace.

Our programs focus on the unique abilities of the sales people themselves rather than the management of sales activity.

We provide individual sales productivity tools that give your people increased control over their unique process of selling. These tools are delivered via learning workshops and followed up with coaching.

We deliver our learning in short workshops. This ensures the minimum time away from work at any one time, maintains delegates attention span and therefore improves interest levels. Skills are learnt in small chunks and as there is gap between each workshop, the delegate has time and opportunity to apply the new skills before learning more skills.

Although the workshops are structured, they have an informal feel about them, not lecture style, but active participant style. Delegates will need to bring in real life examples of their work to the workshops. Delegates will be actively encouraged to practice the learning back in the workplace with Applied Learning being set, so delegates have to apply what they have learnt - on the job - between each workshop and then be prepared to discuss and hone their new skills at the next workshop.
